My inspiration to start this blog is my amazing grandmother Filomena, who we lovingly refer to as Mena.  She would often describe women who were able to juggle the many aspects of their lives as ‘vispa’.  This is an Italian term used to refer to someone with a lively and energetic character.  As a wife, mom, and professional, this resonates with me and I would like to share the connection between the whirl of life and the moments of beauty which emerge in this rhythmic motion.  Sharing this inspires me to stay in motion and to hopefully inspire others to embrace the rhythm.
