I'm going to say what every parent knows to be true - snacks rule my world. It's astonishing how much time has gone into 'snack management' since becoming a mother. When they were young, snacks felt like a life line - without them, I would have never been able to leave the house! Now that they are older, school and camps require having 2 snacks a day, which essentially has become a 365-day requirement. And of course I cannot forget to mention the phenomenon of feeding my children a wholesome, healthy dinner, only to be asked 30 minutes later for a full meal of snacks. So yes, snacks rule my world.
I do most of my fruit and dairy snack shopping through Grocery Gateway. I find some unique and healthy snack options at Healthy Planet, Sweet Potato, or Organic Garage.
